Stops leaks in flange gaskets.


Flange Repair Rings are designed for easy install.

No  special   surface   preparation   is   required   prior   to installation They can be installed by company maintenance staff. There is no drilling or altering of flanges

Bolt   leakage   is   stopped   by   the   injection   of   a   suitable sealant fluid via injection sockets.
Clamps are hydro tested as per ANSI class at 1.3 x operating pressure.

Flange repair couplings may be installed with the line in service.

On a scheduled turnaround, they can be removed, cleaned, the gasket replaced and the flanges put back in service.

Flange Repair clamps can be reconditioned and re-installed in another location.
